Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. All items are inspected before dispatch and are carefully packed. We can ship products anywhere in the world. Normal order processing can take between 1-4 business days (Monday - Friday).
ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES AND DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charge is automatically calculated at checkout page. It is based on package weight, dimensions and delivery method selected. All items are dispatched from European warehouse. Shipping time is greatly affected by factors beyond our control (weather, post office delays, customs inspection). Transit times are estimated and may vary depending on shipping method selected and destination country. We currently offer three delivery methods:
1. Standard Ground:
This service can't be tracked, don't include insurance and don't require signature upon delivery. By choosing this method, you are fully responsible for unsuccessful delivery or lost package! Estimated delivery time for this method is 10-40 business days.
2. Registered Priority Airmail:
This service includes tracking number and insurance in case the package is lost. It also requires a signature upon delivery. It is available for all domestic and international orders. Please see estimated transit times below for some countries:

If orders are not received within the estimated times above, please use the tracking number to check the progress of your order. In some cases, tracking information will only show the date of dispatch and departure date. This is completely normal, because not all destination countries will send tracking information back to origin country.
IMPORTANT: If you don't receive your package after 25 business days from shipment date, you must contact us immediately, so we can file and start the investigation. We strongly suggest you also contact your local post office if they can locate the shipment for you.
If you still don't receive it after 40 business days, we will refund your money. We reserve the right to wait up to 40 business days before we send you a full refund. As a customer, you must read and agree to this terms before placing orders on this site.
3. GLS Europe:
This service is only available for EU customers. It includes tracking infomation, insurance and requires signature upon delivery. Estimated delivery time for this method is 2-6 business days.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
We will dispatch orders according to the shipping address provided on our website (at checkout page).
Please note: We do not ship to address from your PayPal account! If you want to change shipping address, please contact us before your order is marked as shipped. We will take no responsibility for parcel loss if your shipping address is incorrect.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES
You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not comited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company. We will not hold responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.
If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer. Customs are quite different in each country.
