Terms and Conditions
At SIM Display, we create products that make your virtual simracing experience better and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you just changed your mind for any reason, we are glad to offer you a refund within the 30 days of receipt. Some restrictions apply!
RETURNS - EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS
We accept returns by post only. Sales to European customers are made with a 30 days unconditional, money back guarantee. All buyer's are responsible for the return shipping costs associated with the return.
Terms and Conditions (European customers only):
  • You can return your merchandise for any reason up to 30 calendar days from the date you received it.
  • Item must not be used and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must be in original packaging and must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Shipment must have a valid RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
  • Personalized and customized items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items purchased from a 3rd party must be returned at their locations and are not subject to our Return Policy.
How to return an item (European customers only):
  • Please contact us to receive a valid RMA number and a label with return address.
  • Send your item back with a prepaid, insured and traceable method.
  • The goods are at buyer's responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they are packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.
  • Please send us the tracking number once shipped.
  • We will contact you when we receive your item and start a return process.
RETURNS - INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We are currently able to accept returns only from the countries within European Union. Orders from other countries are final sale and buyer accepts these terms upon payment of order.
Regardless of your shipment country, if your item is DOA (dead on arrival), you are still eligible for a full refund. Please contact us and we will send you a label with return address and RMA number. Customers bear the shipping costs associated with the return. When received, we will issue a refund of the original merchandise price (excluding delivery charges and any duties and taxes associated with the order).

REFUND
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and confirm that it meets our Return Policy. If your return is approved, we will process it within 10 business days and apply a credit in the full amount (excluding delivery charges) to your original payment method.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not been shipped yet. If the item you want to cancel has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
PAYMENT
We currently accept payments via bank (wire) transfer and PayPal only. You can also pay with any credit card supported through PayPal system. There is a 2% transaction fee if you choose PayPal as a payment option.
LIMITED WARRANTY
SIM Display products comes with a twelve (12) months limited warranty. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without any charge, or replace it, at our discretion. The customer pays the shipping charges to send products to the Warranty Department.
Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for a return shipping.
Under no circumstances will any warranty be provided in cases of:
  • Any modifications, unauthorized service or repair or other alterations or changes to seller's components.
  • Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any alteration or modification of the product.
  • Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents.
  • Consumable parts, such as batteries.
  • Damage caused by accident, improper care, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature.
  • Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of SIM Display.
  • Damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the prior written permission of SIM Display.
  • Damage caused by the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
This limited warranty does not apply to any software that may be required to use the SIM Display products. All software is licensed under the Terms and Conditions, written at EKSIMRACING website.
